Fitness Center at Maria College

Fitness Center 

Maria College is pleased to offer our students, faculty, and staff a fitness facility for use during the academic year.  The Fitness Center is located in the basement of the Main Building and includes a number of exercise machines and lockers.
Note:  Everyone is required to sign a release prior to accessing the equipment for the first time and you will find the forms in the fitness center.

HOURS

Open and available for use when the Main Building is open (follows day, evening and weekend class schedule).  Click here to view the academic calendar.

Bokwa

Bokwa is a high energy, cardio work out in which participants draw letters and numbers with their feet to create dance moves.  Come try it out!

Yoga

A series of poses that both energize and relax. Yoga benefits include relieving stress, lowering blood pressure, creating a sense of balance, increases flexibility and strength.

No experience necessary. Open to all.

MH 2nd Floor Student Lounge

Zumba

An aerobic workout that incorporates latin dancing and resistance training. It tones the body, makes you feel happy, increases stamina and gives you a great calorie burn. 

For all fitness levels - No dance skills required.

Gary's Power Hour

Gary's Power Hour combines cardio, weights and interval training. Each workout is appropriate for beginners and can be adjusted to your fitness level.
