Opportunity Programs

The Office of Opportunity Programs provides resources to support students enrolled in the HOPE Program and the Renaissance Scholars Program.

The HOPE Program offers eligible students from diverse and underrepresented populations an opportunity to pursue higher education.  HOPE empowers students to accomplish their academic goals by providing individualized support and financial assistance. For more information about the HOPE Program, please contact opportunityprograms@mariacollege.edu

The Renaissance Scholars Program provides financial assistance and personalized support for selected low-income residents of the Capital District pursuing college level education and training to become a nurse or other health care professional.  The Renaissance Scholars Program is sponsored by the Renaissance Corporation of Albany, a local not-for-profit that supports the efforts of the surrounding educational organizations in the University Heights area.  For more information, please visit www.rencorp.org
