Information comes to us from many places and sometimes it’s difficult to know what to believe. But one thing we’ve always known is that good food leads to better health.

In this age of energy drinks, fast food and highly processed foods, it’s time we get Back to Basics and learn more about Food as Medicine.

This panel discussion will explore why that is important for our society. We’ll talk about food deserts, and the impact of nutrition on communities and provide an overview of Food as Medicine in the Capital Region.

Registration required for both in-person or online attendance. A zoom link will be provided prior to the lecture. We hope you’ll join us and bring some questions for a lively, healthy discussion!
