Maria College is pleased to welcome Vicki DiLorenzo as its Vice President for Institutional Advancement. As a Cabinet member, she will lead alumni relations, the major and annual giving programs, corporate and foundation relations, and the operational elements of the institutional advancement office. Vicki will work closely with the advancement team members, faculty, staff, students, the Sisters of Mercy and the Board of Trustees to strengthen and support alumni engagement and enhance philanthropic giving for the College.
Before joining Maria College, Vicki served as Vice President for Institutional Advancement at the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (ACPHS). Under her leadership, the advancement team raised more than $50 million and set record fundraising marks for three consecutive years (2019, 2020 and 2021). During her time at ACPHS, Vicki was responsible for the strategic development and implementation of three comprehensive and proactive philanthropic and engagement campaigns that raised funds to provide health services for under-resourced residents in Albany, improve the campus master plan, enhance the student experience and launch a new life sciences initiative.
Vicki has worked in higher education for nearly 30 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Administration from the College of St. Rose and earned several certificates from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Prior to serving 15 years as vice president for institutional advancement, she had several roles in the Office of Finance and Administration and served as the Director of Human Resources. She looks forward to enhancing the institutional advancement program and working with donors who are passionate about Maria College’s mission and the impact of their giving.
