A nonprofit, independent, coeducational Albany college Maria College was founded and is sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy. With day, evening, weekend and online classes, Maria offers an RN Baccalaureate Completion Program, as well as Associate Degrees (Paralegal, Business Management, Nursing, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Liberal Arts, General Studies) and Certificate Programs (Bereavement Studies, Gerontology, Paralegal, Practical Nurse).
