Active Minds Workshop: Combatting the Stigma of Mental Health

Speaker: Abraham Sculley, a certified Mental Health First Aid advocate
This workshop is designed to encourage and equip students and young adults with the tools and education necessary to engage in the conversation surrounding mental health and mental illness. Through vulnerability, Abraham shares his mental health story and addresses the common myths of mental illness, the negative effects of stigma, and ways to effectively combat stigma.
