De-Stress & Refresh

Please join us for our last event for De-Stress & Refresh week. We will be offering the Stress-Free Zone on Monday, December 9th from 12 – 4 pm in Frances Warde room within Mercy Hall. This is your chance to recharge with various de-stress activities including a healthy snack sampling presented by Honest-Weight Co-op, adult coloring, DIY aromatherapy stress balls, and much more.
