Please note, this clinic is for the Moderna and Pfizer booster dose only. Available while supplies last.

Eligibility criteria for COVID-19 Booster vaccination:

• Any individual that meets eligibility criteria for a single booster dose of the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine six months after completion of the primary series. Please visit covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov for a full list of examples and underlying medical conditions that apply to this criteria.
