This is a free event and open to the public. No appointment necessary.

This clinic offers the full series of the Moderna and Pfizer vaccine and booster dose. Available while supplies last.

Eligibility criteria for COVID-19 vaccination:

• Any individual that is unvaccinated against COVID-19.
• Any individual that needs to complete the primary series of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine.
• Any individual that meets eligibility criteria for a single booster dose of the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Please visit: covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov for a full list of examples and underlying medical conditions that apply to this criteria.
