Walk-in Moderna Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic

This is a free event and open to all, no appointment necessary.

Eligibility criteria for COVID-19 vaccination:

• Any individual that is unvaccinated against COVID-19.
• Any individual that needs to complete the primary series of the Pfizer vaccine
• Any individual that meets eligibility criteria for a single booster dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine six months after completion of the primary series. Please visit covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov for a full list of examples and underlying medical conditions that apply to this criteria.
