The mission of the Health & Wellness committee is to improve the quality of life of the Maria College community by empowering members to maintain their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This committee is committed to offering initiatives, educational resources, and events to promote positive well-being and healthy lifestyle choices.
The Health & Wellness committee brings inclusive wellness-related activities and educational programming to campus. Programs and informative materials cover a wide range of personal and community wellness initiatives. Participation on the committee is open to all college faculty, staff, and students.
